What if my product arrives broken?
If your product arrives broken, fault of the shipping company, we will issue a full refund if the item is irreplaceable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the broken item back to us before replacement or refund can be processed.

What are your return/refund policies?
Cazador Cameras gives full refunds on all products within 7 days of the receipt date. Items must be shipped back to our location by the buyer before refund will be processed. Used items have a 21 day guarantee wherein if the product fails, we will either replace or refund the transaction.

How late can I return an item?
Our return policy is 7 days for a full refund which covers all new products. Used products are guaranteed for 21 days wherein the product will either be refunded or replaced with a separate model. This replacement does restart your guarantee period. If by chance this item malfunctions within the second 21 day period, we will either replace this item with a brand new model or an equivalent model, whichever is readily available at that time.
